Kathleen Bethea-McQueen is married to John R. McQueen, Sr. and resides on James Island, S. C.
She has 3 children, 6 grandchildren, and 2 great grandchildren, who are the love of her life.
She is a member of First Baptist Church of James Island, where Dr. Charlie Murray is the pastor.
Sis. Bethea-McQueen, is the 8th president of Old Ashley Baptist Association Missionary Auxiliary
and is currently serving her second term as Missionary President since November 2017.
Her vision for the Missionary Auxiliary Ministry of Old Ashley Baptist Association is to promote sisterhood, offer missionary educational opportunities, seek opportunities for mission needs for the missionaries to address in our community, and expand our territory beyond Old Ashley to fellowship with local, state and National Missionaries.
